The Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) requests the nomination of individuals to the Council for Inclusive Innovation (CI\2\ or the Council) within the USPTO. The Secretary of Commerce (Secretary), in coordination with the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO (Director), will consider nominations received in response to this notice, as well as from other sources.
Dates
Nominations for immediate consideration must be received by 5 p.m. ET on September 30, 2024. After that date, the USPTO may continue to accept nominations under this notice for one year to fill vacancies that may arise.
